However if your concerns are still not resolved and you would like to make a formal complaint, you can do this by emailing us at info@ishwarsolicitors.co.uk with the email you have registered with us. Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing and addressed to:

These details must match with the details you previously provided us and we may ask you for further details in order to verify that you are our client or are authorised to act on our client's behalf and you must provide this quickly to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If your information is verified successfully, we will send a response within fourteen days and set out exactly how we can resolve your complaint with timescales. If your complaint requires more investigation due to being a complicated matter it may take longer for us to respond up to a maximum of twenty-eight days. During this period we may contact you to explain and clarify any issues. We may also ask to meet you face to face if we believe it would better resolve the problem.
Please note once you have gone through our internal complaints procedures and you are not happy with our final response and suggested resolution, you are able to take your complaint further to the relevant independent bodies, such as Legal Ombudsman, an independent complaints body established under the Legal Services Act, who can investigate complaints about the legal service you have received from us.
Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check if you have attempted to resolve your complaint with us first. If you have, then you must take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman:
